Neighbors near Emerald Pointe Drive are on edge after what police describe as a gasoline-fueled confrontation outside a Hollywood apartment complex left one person badly burned and a local woman now staring down serious felony charges.
On Wednesday, 49-year-old Kymesha Tarpley appeared before a judge after Hollywood Police said an argument broke out outside an apartment building along Emerald Pointe Drive. Investigators allege Tarpley threw gasoline at another person during the dispute. She is now charged with two counts of arson and aggravated battery, and the victim remains hospitalized in stable condition, as reported by WSVN.
