MIAMI — A new Miami City Hall is planned as part of the massive Miami Freedom Park development near Miami International Airport, according to the city’s website.
The proposed administration building would rise eight stories on city-owned land at 1822 NW 37th Ave., with approximately 257,000 square feet of office space dedicated to government operations. Plans also call for an attached parking garage with capacity for up to 900 vehicles.
