HALLANDALE BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) – A tractor trailer has rolled over on the highway in Hallandale Beach.
All northbound lanes of Interstate-95 were shutdown at Pembroke Road on the border of Hallandale Beach and Hollywood causing major delays.
