HONOLULU (Island News) – A popular restaurant in Honolulu recently received a red “closed” placard by the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) due to a reported sewage backup in the kitchen area.
Grace’s Inn LSY, LLC, located on S. Beretania St. in Honolulu, was immediately shut down on Monday and will remain closed until DOH conducts a follow-up inspection and all critical violations are resolved.
It was reported during a follow-up inspection on Monday, that a DOH inspector noted that the plumbing system wasn’t maintained in good repair. The inspector also observed that raw sewage was backed up onto the floor of the kitchen area…
