HONOLULU (KHON2) — Construction on Honolulu’s rail project is moving into Kakaako, and major disruptions are expected in the area.
Some blocks of Halekauwila Street will be completely shut down as crews move in. Investigative work that will impact traffic patterns began between Richards and Cooke streets on Tuesday, June 2, but folks should expect significant impacts by the end of the year.
