HONOLULU (KHON2) — Court documents revealed new details in the murder that resulted in a multiple day manhunt on Kaua‘i.
William “Billy” Sinclair was charged with murder and attempted murder in connection with the killing of Sergio Reyes Hernandez, 37, in Hanalei. He is also accused of shooting at another man.
