First Alert Forecast: Increasing showers, humidity for first half of the week

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Incoming bands of moisture will increase showers for the first half of the coming week. The first one will move through the islands from east to west through Monday evening.

Tuesday will be drier, but then another area of moisture will bring a second round of showers Tuesday night through Thursday morning.

Some of the showers may be locally heavy, especially with the second batch of moisture. The trade winds will continue through the week, decreasing the chance for widespread flash flooding.
