Vince’s Cafe opens authentic Vietnamese eatery at Kahala Mall

KAHALA, Hawaii (Island News) – Kahala Mall is welcoming a new Vietnamese-inspired restaurant, Vince’s Cafe!

Located next to CorePower Yoga, the 307-square-foot cafe brings a rich family culinary heritage to the Honolulu community, rooted in decades of traditional restaurant experience in Vietnam and dedicated to serving authentic Vietnamese flavors. The restaurant is now open for all to experience.

“We chose Kahala Mall because the immediate neighborhood has limited Vietnamese dining options. We saw an opportunity to bring something authentic, approachable, and rooted in our family’s cooking traditions,” said Vincent Nguy, owner of Vince’s Cafe.

Nguy brings years of experience from Vietnam, where he owns four cafes. Menu items feature authentic Vietnamese cuisine such as banh mi sandwiches, vermicelli noodle bowls, fresh rolls, Vietnamese coffees, matcha drinks, and refreshing teas…
