HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu’s rail project reached a big milestone Wednesday, as Skyline makes its way into the urban core.
The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation, or HART, announced that it has successfully completed the utility relocation work along Nimitz Highway in Downtown Honolulu, clearing the way for the next phases of construction.
