PEARL CITY, Hawaii (Island News) — An elderly woman died from her injuries over a month after being struck by a car in Pearl City in June.
According to the Honolulu Police Department (HPD), on June 10, 2026, at about 6:52 a.m., a 68-year-old man was driving northbound on Kaahumanu Street in Pearl City when he turned left onto Noelani Street. As he was turning, he struck an 80-year-old woman who was walking in a marked crosswalk.
