HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Donning red T-shirts and enduring Wednesday’s humidity, a handful of personnel with the city’s Community Outreach Response and Engagement (CORE) urged homeless folks living in dangerous areas across the island to seek shelter before the upcoming storm.
