HONOLULU (KHON2) — Waters in the Manoa Stream rose rapidly as heavy rains pounded Oahu.
The stream has quieted down since 7 a.m. Sunday morning, a change from the 5 a.m. hour.
Earlier this morning, water levels jumped rapidly from four feet to 14 feet in about 30 minutes.

The last time stream levels rose this high was on March 23, when the Kona Low hit the islands. Water levels were at 15 feet.
