HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Honolulu Police Department, the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and the Department of Law Enforcement have issued a community alter.
They said they are looking for 28-year-old Ikaika Wyatt Scott, who escaped from Waiawa Correctional Facility on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
