HONOLULU (KHON2) — Starting Wednesday, Sept. 16, drivers on Dillingham Boulevard will see a traffic change as HART continues rail construction.
Officials said the adjustments will be implemented 24/7 through the end of 2030, but will not involve additional lane closures.

“The traffic pattern installed along Dillingham Boulevard between Middle Street and Waiakamilo Road will be extended further east on Dillingham Boulevard, up to the Kohou Street intersection, as contractor Tutor Perini continues column and guideway construction in the Dillingham corridor,” a representative said in a press release.
Crews will install barriers to separate traffic from the construction zone.
Officials said some temporary driveway closures along Dillingham will be required, but all properties will remain accessible through alternative entry points…
