EWA BEACH, Hawaii (KHON2) — A 12-year-old juvenile was arrested in connection with terroristic threatening after allegedly threatening to shoot someone on Sept. 17.
The incident was reported at his school, and police were notified when school staff found a firearm in the boy’s backpack.
