HONOLULU (KHON2) — As new activity brews in the Central and Eastern Pacific, the islands are still seeing remnants of Norbert.
With heavy rainfall expected, flooding is possible across the state on Thursday, Sept. 17. The National Weather Service issued a Flood Watch for all the islands, and a Flood Advisory for the Big Island.
