HONOLULU (KHON2) — Some food combinations make sense before anyone puts them on a menu, and that’s certainly true for Popeyes new menu item being offered at its Hawaiʻi locations.
Popeyes said its fans had already been bringing together the brand’s chicken, biscuits and honey on social media; so, on Monday, Sept. 28, that familiar combination has become an official menu item.

With a price of $6.49, the sandwich brought together three familiar Popeyes staples in a new way. THAT Chicken from Popeyes was placed on a larger version of the brand’s iconic buttermilk biscuit, then paired with two sachets of sweet honey sauce.
