HONOLULU (KHON2) — A bicyclist was killed Friday morning after being struck by a vehicle on Sand Island Access Road.
The crash happened around 7:10 a.m. when police said a 34-year-old driver was heading east on Sand Island Access Road when they struck an unidentified male bicyclist who was heading in the same direction.

Honolulu police said the bicyclist was thrown onto the roadway as a result of the crash.
