Bike leg underway of Ironman World Championship: Schomburg leading men, American Knibb leading women

Middle of the 112-mile Bike Leg

The triathletes now are in the 112-mile bike portion of the Ironman World Championship in Kona. The rainy weather of the early morning and swim now has made way to sun, with hot, steamy and windy conditions. The temperature was 80 degrees and rising, with feels like temperature of 87 degrees.
