HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – An investigation has been launched after a bicyclist was struck by a Transit Bus on Kamehameha Highway.
On Friday, at about 3 a.m., police were called to a critical motor vehicle collision involving a bicyclist, in the Kalihi area.
It was reported to the Honolulu Police Department, that a 64-year-old male City & County Transit Bus operator with ten passengers were going eastbound on Kamehameha Highway, when an 18-year-old bicyclist traveling on the westbound sidewalk entered the roadway, went into the Transit Bus operator’s path, and was struck…
