HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Drivers should expect some traffic delays on a stretch of Kapiolani Boulevard when the City begins a road rehabilitation project in mid-November.
The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Design and Construction will be working along Kapiolani Boulevard, from Ward Avenue to Atkinson Drive, starting Monday, Nov. 16.
The work is expected to last about 18 months, with work scheduled to take place Mondays through Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding holidays…
