HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Hawaii Island police arrested a 49-year-old Ocean View woman in connection with a hit-and-run crash that left a motorcyclist critically injured. Regina Baker was booked for driving without a license and insurance, as well as failing to help the man after Saturday night’s crash in Kau, police said.
