Oahu restaurant brings traditional Peruvian flavors to Hawaii

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Mimi’s Peruvian Cuisine has been serving traditional dishes from the Latin country in Honolulu for more than seven years. Owner/Chef Mimi Rivasplata and her grandson Giancarlo Legrand joined HNN’s Sunrise Weekends to talk about their comfort food and showcased their ceviche de mahi-mahi, papa a la huancaina, anticucho, lomo saltado, and rotisserie chicken.
