In an interview with KHON, Angela discussed the mission of FightStory, her personal connection to the cause, and the upcoming “Kickoff With Aloha” event.

FightStory, founded by Angela last year in honor of her younger sister Victoria Lee, aims to advocate awareness for mental health and unite people from all walks of life.

Angela emphasized the importance of breaking the stigma around mental health, acknowledging that everyone faces silent struggles.

“Our mission is to advocate awareness for mental health, mental well being. And also just unite the world. Unite people, fighters from all walks of life, not just the combat sports and the fighters you see inside of the cage. But everyone is united, just through our struggles that we face on a daily basis.”
