‘No body, no case,’ Miske’s associate testifies about alleged murder for hire

HONOLULU (KHON2) — The trial of alleged crime boss Michael Miske continues with his once number one associate Wayne Miller testifying on Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Miller talked about the alleged murder for hire of Jonathan Fraser.

Back in March 2016, when Miske’s son was hospitalized with just hours left to live, Miske approached Miller about killing Fraser stating that “He 100% gotta go. He wanted to kill him.”

The plan was for Fraser to be killed after Miske’s son’s funeral.

Miske allegedly instructed Miller to “get some plans ready, start buying things.”

Miller said he then requested the help of another man who lived on the North Shore and had access to boats and guns.

Part of the plan included Miske getting close to Fraser to lure him to the North Shore so they could take Fraser out on a boat and kill him, explained Miller.

“I told him the plan and Miske liked it,” said Miller.

Miller said Miske told him, “I like that dusty boy has a boat. No body, no case. You know how hard it is to convict someone if there’s no body. If they can’t find the body, he could be in Mexico somewhere.”
