HONOLULU (KHON2) — While officials say there is no cause for alarm, residents in the Wahiawa and Mililani area will definitely get a Friday morning wake-up call.
Schofield Barracks said they will be firing blank cannon rounds as part of a Salute to Soldiers and Units during physical training Feb. 2 from 6:45 a.m. to 8 a.m.
In total, there will be 28 rounds fired and local residents in the Wahiawa and Mililani area may hear the cannon fire.
