11-year-old in serious condition after being hit by a vehicle in Kalihi

HONOLULU (KHON2) — An 11-year-old boy is being treated by Emergency Medical services after suffering serious injuries to his head.

The boy was said to be skateboarding without a helmet at the time of the incident.

EMS said he suffered injuries to his head, chest and abdomen when he was hit.
