HONOLULU (Island News) — After a week long pause, alleged crime boss Michael Miske was back today in federal court. Sarah Maile Tufele, the ex-girlfriend of Miske’s so-called “right hand man” Wayne Miller took the stand describing her family’s close relationship with Michael Miske.
