HONOLULU (Island News) — Shimazu Shave Ice, one of the most well-known shops of its kind, is expanding to West Oahu. Island News has learned that the iconic shave ice shop that has two Honolulu locations, one in Liliha and another in Kapahulu, has plans to open a new store at the Kapolei Shopping Center.
