KAPOLEI, Hawaii (Island News) — Scratch Kitchen and Meatery is now officially open in Kapolei. The Grand Opening celebration on Thursday included Dancing Lions!. Owner Gary Chen fed lucky money to the lions for good luck. Friends and family gathered to enjoy a buffet lunch before the grand opening and blessing.
