HONOLULU (KHON2) — A monk seal has been spotted off the coast of Magic Island.
KHON2 received the tip Monday afternoon of what looks to be a Hawaiian Monk Seal lounging at the end of the beach.

Crews have been notified to protect the seal and the public is advised to steer clear of the area for the safety of both themselves and the sea creature.
