HONOLULU (Island News) — A local woman recently won first place in a national contest for bringing joy into her community. And she did it by serving ice cream. At least three or four times a week you’ll find Kahaluu’s Zoe Green bicycling through her neighborhood selling ice cream. It’s not to make money, but her way of bringing the community together.
