HONOLULU (Island News) – The Island News team is saying goodbye to Rick Quan as he signs off for the last night from the anchor desk after 40 years in the industry. Rick’s television broadcasting career began soon after graduating from the University of Texas. He made a brief stop in Arkansas before joining KITV4 in 1980.
