MAILI, Hawaii (Island News) — A woman suffered serious burn injuries following a car crash on Paakea Road in Maili, Tuesday afternoon. The crash happened around 2 p.m. According to Honolulu Emergency Medical Services (EMS), the victim – a woman in her 30s – was driving on Paakea Road when she crashed into a power pole, causing her car to burst into flames.
