HONOLULU (Island News) — Next Friday, nurses will be on the sidewalks of Kapiolani Center for Women & Children picketing for 24 hours. The labor negotiations have been going on for more than a year. Back in January, the nurses picketed for a week. With the news that Hawaii Pacific Health announced that they will lock the nurses out after their 24 hour picket, some have said that it seems retaliatory.
