Hawaiʻi resident wins big on reality TV show

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Dank Link has won Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing.

As a returning favorite who has not won previously, Link demonstrated his survival skills that shows everyone the 2SLGBTQ+ community has grit and stamina.

A follow up piece will be published on Monday, Sept. 16 that will include exclusive interviews with Link and his hanai as they celebrate.

The video above is an interview between KHON2.com and Dan Link from July 29 where he talks about his experiences on Naked and Afraid and the spin off series that have been just as successful.

Dan Link, a local resident from Hawaii, shared his unique experiences on reality TV shows Naked and Afraid and Last One Standing.

Reflecting on his time on Naked and Afraid, Link described the challenge of surviving without clothing in extreme conditions, stating, “It was one of the most physically demanding things I’ve ever done.” He highlighted the intense mental and emotional strain of the experience, saying, “You have to push through the discomfort and focus on the end goal.”
