Crackin’ Kitchen receives red placard due to water backup in kitchen

HONOLULU (Island News) — Crackin’ Kitchen was shut down on Tuesday by the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) Food Safety Branch for water backup in the kitchen. The Waikiki restaurant located at 2330 Kalakaua Ave. Unit 318 received the red placard on Oct. 1, 2024. It must remain closed until a follow-up inspection is performed by DOH and there is no longer water backed up in the kitchen.
