HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – An Oahu grand jury indicted three people accused of assaulting Honolulu police officers in the past few months. The first case happened on July 1 at the Waianae transit bus station. According to the Honolulu prosecutor’s office, the suspect, 37-year-old Alan K. Char, was threatening people with a pair of scissors.
