Crowds were a problem at both Honolulu Hale and Kapolei Hale Tuesday, with some lines estimated at hundreds of yards long despite the Voter Service Centers being open since Oct. 22.
Officials said the line on Monday was 10 a minute wait for in-person voting.

Kauai County
Among the amendments are five on Kauaiʻs ballot affecting the police commission, cost control commission, the Countyʻs Open Space Fund, Surety bonds and establishing ex-officio positions for youth on boards and commissions.
Hawaii County
Among the amendments are three on Hawaii Countyʻs ballot affecting council vacancies, department head appointments and increasing term length for Cost of Government Commission.
