The organization started during the pandemic, with three teens helping kupuna at a local church figure out how to get online.
The church went online on YouTube and the seniors didn’t know how to go online. They’ve never heard of YouTube. They didn’t know how to use an iPad. So when we sat with them, they’re like ‘Oh, can you help me with this phone?’ So they started asking us for more tech support.
