HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – After several delays, the city’s ready with new proposals for a future municipal landfill site but the proposed sites are all off-limits, for now. The city said it has identified six new landfill locations, but they are only feasible if the state Legislature makes changes to a current law restricting landfills.
