HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Fire investigators have released the cause of a fire that happened on Dec. 3 at a building along Dillingham Boulevard. The incident was deemed accidental as a portable jump pack was determined to be the fire’s source. HFD said it was plugged in and charging on a table when it failed and caused the fire.
