UPDATE – 12/13. Francis Ho, 26, was indicted today for attempted murder and two firearms offenses. Ho is accused of shooting at the victim several times during the Nov. 20th drive-by. He was re-booked this afternoon at HPD’s main station. Ho is now being held without bail. UPDATE – 11/25.
