HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Thousands are expected to gather for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Festival on Monday at Kapiolani Regional Park, featuring food vendors, performing artists and cultural groups.
Among the small business owners taking part is Nekishia Cole, owner of Mary’s Girl In The Kitchen, a soulful comfort food catering company she founded in 2022.
