HONOLULU (Island News) – The Coast Guard medevaced an injured fisherman that was reported on Monday, January 20, 2025, on a fishing vessel that was about 40 miles offshore on Oahu.
The Joint Rescue Coordination Center Honolulu received a report at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 18, from crew members aboard the fishing vessel Captain Davis, that a 34-year-old crew member had suffered an eye injury approximately 350 miles southwest of Oahu.
