Tuesday Weather – Calm conditions persist, cold front on the way

HONOLULU (Island News) — Conditions will remain dry and stable.

An approaching cold front, located about 400 miles northwest of Kauai, will weaken the pressure gradient, allowing afternoon seabreezes. These seabreezes could bring a few clouds and isolated showers, but the overall atmosphere remains dry.

A low-pressure system will form along the front as upper-level energy moves southward. This low will move northward, pushing the cold front across Kauai and Oahu early Wednesday and into the eastern islands by Wednesday night…
