Murder retrial continues with debate over surveillance footage as evidence

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Defense attorneys for a man accused of killing his wife’s lover questioned the accuracy of surveillance footage prosecutors claim place him at the scene on the day of the crime.

Eric Thompson was back in court Friday in the second trial for allegedly murdering Waipahu acupuncturist Jon Tokuhara, who had an affair with Thompson’s wife.
