HALAWA, Hawaii (Island News) — Aloha Stadium announced that the Swap Meet & Marketplace will be moving to the Upper Halawa Lot this summer.
The Swap Meet’s relocation comes with construction for the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District. The announcement for the upcoming move was made on Aloha Stadium’s Instagram, promising “an even bigger and better shopping experience.”
Concerns about where the Swap Meet stands in regards to construction were voiced by residents and vendors at a community meeting earlier this month. Many were under the impression or feared that it would be removed to make room for the new upgrades…
