HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Texas de Brazil Brazilian-American steakhouse, or churrascaria, in the Ala Moana Center is offering its all-you-can-eat meat and dishes for a weekday happy hour deal.
Assistant general manager Keoni Miller, director of operations Emmanuel Cournede, lead carver Michael Cournede and gaucho/carver Erik Patino joined HNN’s Sunrise to talk about their customer-service-focused dining concept and churrasco-style cooking over charcoal. They also showcased some of their specialty meats, such as picanha, flank steak, and lamb.
“We feature a continuous dining experience, meaning guests pay one price and can have as many servings as they’d like,” Miller said. “The menu includes various cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage – including filet mignon, lamb chops, chicken breast wrapped in bacon, and our house specialty, the picanha, the top part of the top sirloin, to name a few.”…
