Kahala’s Hale Hanohano sells for record $65.75M

KAHALA, Hawaii (KHON2) — A home in Kahala has set the record for the most expensive residential property ever publicly recorded in Hawaii and it sold for $65.75 million.

Coldwell Banker Island Properties sealed the deal on Friday, March 14 for the prestigious Honolulu estate, Hale Hanohano, also known as the “House of Honor.”

Neglected properties could be fined for public safety hazards

The property was initially built in 2018 and features three separate residences along 213 feet of prime oceanfront along the Kahala Beach coastline.
